Whilst there is no age limit, you need to have a current full Australian drivers licence. This means you need to be over 18 years of age. P plates are generally not allowed, however in mature age persons (over 23 years) p-plates may be allowed depending on your circumstances. How does insurance and registration work?

All vehicles come with the remaining registration period. This differs from vehicle to vehicle, depending on the registration expiry date of each vehicle.

Selected vehicles have regular scheduled servicing and registration included within the weekly rental price. These vehicles are clearly marked to say registration and/or servicing is included.

For any vehicle that does not have registration and/or servicing included, there is the option for you to add this to your rent-to-own lease. A set price is added to the weekly rental price. If not this option is not chosen, vehicle registration and scheduled servicing is at your expense independently to the rent-to-own lease agreement.

If you wish to return the vehicle and terminate your lease agreement, there are a few rules you must adhere to.

This must be in writing.
You shall pay the termination fees, which include any overdue or late rental payments.
The vehicle shall be returned to us in a clean, serviceable and roadworthy condition. Or in other words, in the same condition as at the start of the lease agreement.
You understand that any rental payments your have already made will not be refunded or contribute in any part to ownership of the vehicle.

You do not own the vehicle until you successfully complete the rental period.
